The roof is covered with hydro and thermal insulation and varnished Greek tiles of the "Old Bulgarian" type. The drainage system is made of copper pipes and gutters;
  • Window frames - aluminum - double-glazed with thermostat, opening along the vertical axis. Aluminum external covers, opening along a vertical axis;
  • Built - plumbing, electrical, lightning and HV installations, as well as telephone and security systems.

The area belongs to the Old Town of Plovdiv, accepted as a category I reserve, an area of historical and architectural importance. Revival architecture is characteristic of the area.

In the area, there are no registered data on ecological burden expressed in industrial and household waste, as well as the presence of harmful emissions with an excessive content in the air environment and its adjacent terrains.
