Type A - VIP houses are 480 m². They have an amazing view either at the foot of the Rhodope Mountains or a panoramic view of Plovdiv and the surrounding area. Residents can enjoy the outdoor swimming pool, living room with dining area, 4 bedrooms, large covered porch and double garage.

VIP houses are located in two VIP neighborhoods - one will have 9 houses, the other - 7. They are separated by separate barriers, with a decorative fence and provide a better view. One neighborhood overlooks Plovdiv, the other is on a hill and overlooks the mountain.

The houses of TYPE B have a total area of 340 m². They have a living room with dining area, 3 bedrooms each with bathroom and terrace, covered porch and garage.
