Deferred payment:


  • installments for the amount for the 3rd installment (50% of the value) - without interest within 1 year;
  • installments up to 3 years after the end of the interest-free period - 6% annual interest on the remaining payment amount;
  • installment plan over 3 years up to a maximum of 7 years after the end of the interest-free period;
  • 9% annual interest on the remaining payment amount.

The annual maintenance fee is 12 Euro/m2.
