The architectural image of the houses can be referred to the Renaissance architecture. On the face are the materials and vision characteristic of this style with bay windows and exposed eaves on the roof. The first level of the building is covered with stone. The second floor has white mineral plaster and wooden cladding. There are also the characteristic edging of the corners, walls and window frames with battens and timber. The roof is pitched with a wooden structure and decorative elements.

All the materials used are natural, high-class eco-certified, and the appearance of the complex is in harmony with the surrounding forest environment, which, combined with the proximity of the sea, the mountains and the prestigious location, fully justifies the investment in buying a house in the complex.

For sale are single-family properties and semi-detached houses, which are offered in a "turnkey" level of completion, without furniture.
