Furniture

All houses are offered for sale luxury furnished by the investor as follows:
• Entrance hall - interior lighting with crystal chandeliers and sconces, console with mirror in the living room with kitchen.
• Living room - soft upholstered furniture, furniture, carpets, curtains, crystal lighting, decorations and houseplants.
• Dining Room - table, chairs, furniture, crystal lamps, decorations.
• Kitchen - kitchen cabinets with integrated appliances and marble countertops.

All furniture, accessories and decorations are design in lines of renowned European manufacturers.

Architecture

The modern complex will occupy an area of 400 000 sq.m. and will consist of 250 houses. The villas are designed in typical Mediterranean style, being detached, one-storey family houses. The villas are divided into 10 types, with total area ranging from 155 sq.m to 420 sq.m, plus adjacent plots of 600 sq.m to 1 600 sq.m, and pools of 40 sq.m up to 90 sq.m.

All houses are situated on a plot surrounded by a fence of hedges and in each yard there is a swimming pool for private use. The idea is that the interior and exterior, the overall style and spirit of the complex are in the Mediterranean style. All houses are built on a single floor that prevents the mutual shading. The houses feature French-type windows and high ceilings, which creates a feeling of spaciousness. The floors throughout the house, the bathrooms and the swimming pools are all in marble. The complex will be divided on quarters, the first quarter of 22 villas is fully ready since the end of September 2014. The attached prices in the Prices & Availability section are approximate, since the type of completion matters as well.

The concept of the complex makes it unique on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast. It offers not only houses for sale or rent, but also provides numerous services to its guests. Provided is the construction of a spacious fitness center, gym for spinning, aerobics, yoga and stretching, 5 outdoor tennis courts, and lighted football and basketball courts, which can be used in the cool evening hours. Indoor tennis court, children's playground with a children's pool, supermarket, medical center, pharmacy and a spacious reception with conservatory complement the list of services offered. The public area for recreation and relaxation will be an area of 40 000 sq.m.

The first stage of the exclusive project was completed in September 2014 and consists of 22 family houses. All are located in the northwestern part of their own land with an area between 600 sq.m. to 1 000 sq.m., with landscaped yards, southeastern position, plenty of sunshine and incredible views.

All houses offered for sale are built on one floor, which prevents their mutual shading and adds harmonic view of the overall composition. The landscaping is positioned in such a way as to separate the properties from each other and provide adequate privacy for complete comfort. Plan of construction

The complex will be divided on quarters, with the first quarter of 22 villas fully ready since the end of September 2014.

The construction of the facilities began in September 2014 and is expected to be ready next year. An exception makes the spa center, which is scheduled for 2016. Currently, one of the villas is converted into a small gym with a relaxation area, which can be used.
