Prices and conditions of purchase
The off-plan sales of apartments in the Golden Mile complex have started during the autumn real estate exhibitions in the month of October 2013.
• The prices of the apartments in the complex range from 850 Euro to 1100 Euro / sq.m. depending on the stage of construction, type and disposition of the apartment, as well as the payment method.
• The prices of studios start from 29 000 Euro, the prices of the one-bedroom apartments start from around 38 000 Euros.
• When buying off-plan during the course of construction, the buyers should pay the price in several installments until the final completion of the construction.
• The prices of apartments will increase during the construction once it reaches certain stages of construction. The lowest prices will be at the initial stage of construction.

In the basic concept of the building is focused on the 1- and 2-bedrom apartments which can be merged into larger apartments, according to the needs and desires of the buyer. At the same time each apartment is so large to be itself enough for its residents for usage as a holiday home or an apartment for permanent living. The apartments do not have unnecessary large spaces that increase the price of the property or complicate their maintenance. For execution of more difficult tasks related to an individual design and completion of the property, we will require to be provided with a preliminary prepared complete engineering and design project by a competent architect or interior designer, preferably a specialist whom we have been working with.

IMPORTANT NOTICE
Sizes of premises shown in the architectural plans are pointed out in centimeters and measure the distance from wall to wall in regard to the brickwork without considering plastering above the bricks. According to the Bulgarian State Standard, the thickness of plastering layer on brick wall is allowed up to 3 cm. Therefore, in order to calculate the exact distance between the walls and the size of the apartment it needs to be deducted up to 3 cm of the distance to each wall. Company Chobanov and Stoyanov Ltd. makes every effort to maintain the high standard and quality of the work. In this connection, the standard of plastering layer made by our company is up to 1.5 cm, which guarantees the maximum possible size of the premises. However, the honoured customers to be aware of that in many cases need a variation in the thickness of the plaster to allowed 3 cm, despite our desire to minimize.

Golden Mile is a cozy apartment complex placed in a quiet neighborhood of Sunny Beach resort. Its appearance is inspired by the architecture of Granada - the crown jewel of the southern Spain. The building has the color of clay and the typical style ornaments in the shade of palm trees, which create a sense of peace and timelessness.

The entrance with rich colonnade is reminiscent of the palace Alhambra, leading to a high foyer and a sunny patio with a huge swimming pool - a delight for the senses. The exotic island in the center of the basin, provides an opportunity for relaxation in the sun with an icy cocktail in hand, next to the water.

Plan of construction

The construction of Golden Mile complex is scheduled to begin in early March 2013. The complex is expected to be completed in 18 months and be ready at the end of July 2015.

Payment

Reservation fee
The sales prices of the apartments at Golden Mile complex are calculated according to the high status of the complex, its unique location, luxury and high quality of the materials and the completion work.
During the construction, the apartments are offered for sale off-plan at lower prices, in advance of the construction and reaching certain stage levels, the sales prices will rise.
Each apartment can be the booked immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euros payable in cash, by credit card or bank transfer. The deposit will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 10 days.
No agency commission is charged.

There are several payment plans:

Standard Plan A
• 2000 Euro non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment;
• 35% first installment upon signing the preliminary contract;
• 35% second installment when reaching shell stage;
• 20% third payment on completion of the facade;
• 10% fourth payment upon signing of Act 15;

Plan B with 15% discount (with the start of construction and advancement discount will decrease 10 %)
• 2000 Euro non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment;
• 90% first installment upon signing the preliminary contract;
• 10% second payment upon signing of Act 15;

Plan C deferred payment up to 3 years
• 25 % first installment within 14 days of signing the contract with the development company;
• subsequent installments - a plan individually negotiated with the buyer according to one’s ability and intentions. The maximum repayment period of each apartment is up to 1 year after the completion of the complex or in June 2016, with an annual interest rate of 12% of the residual value.

In the period until the final payment of the price, the buyer is obliged to pay an annual tax and garbage fee of the property, and property insurance in the home insurance company "Allianz Bulgaria".
Ownership of the property is acquired by the buyer with a deed after full payment of the purchase price.
