Riviera Garden complex is located in the center of Ravda. The resort offers a warm family atmosphere suitable for holidays with children at any time of the year. Well maintained beach allows for collection of sun tan, swimming and practicing of different water sports.

The resort of Ravda has everything one might need for living: shops and pharmacies, restaurants, bars and regular transport. The resort is located 28 km from the city of Bourgas and 20 km from Bourgas International Airport. Nearby are the old town of Nessebar and Sunny Beach resort.

The company investor will offer rental services through the registered hoteliers Sunrise Home Ltd. The annual fee charged will be 35 % from the adjusted gross income from the rental of the property.

Plan of construction

The construction of Riviera Garden complex has started in October 2013. The complex is expected to reach shell stage by the end of 2013. Permission for usage (Act 16) is expected to be received by the end of December 2014.

Note: Buyers should be aware that during periods of unexpectedly cold winter (daytime temperatures below minus -5 C), natural disasters (storms, floods, etc.), and any other force majeure circumstances beyond the will and control of the development company, all terms fixed in the contract will be extended according to the days in which there were such circumstances. In the event of any force majeure, buyers will be notified in due course and will be provided with adequate evidence by the authorities of the municipality and the state.

Payment

Reservation
Any apartment in complex Riviera Garden can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 10 days.
