The guest house is located in the center of the town of Kiten at 5 Parvi May Street, just 50 m from South Beach and 500 m from Atliman Beach.

Near Kiten is the Ropotamo Park, which covers the mouth of the Ropotamo River and has an area of 847 hectares. Within the boundaries of the park there are 4 reserves - Snake Island, Sea Wormwood, Arcutino, Water Lilies. The nature of the town of Kiten is extremely beautiful. Many tourists prefer the resort because of the cleaner sea, the beautiful forest massifs, the tranquility.
