Construction
The building is monolithic, reinforced concrete and beamless, in unison with all modern European and international standards. The thickness of the foundation slab (70 cm), as well as the floor slabs with a thickness of 18 cm contribute to high sound insulation both between the floors and from the outside environment.

Details
The project will be completed with completeness and affinity for details. For this purpose, partial roof landscaping with evergreen vegetation, equipped with drip irrigation, will be built on the distances of the flat roof. The outdoor air conditioners will be hidden by specially designed boxes, and the details of the facade will be accentuated by outdoor lighting. The flooring is made entirely of natural stone, in order to preserve the authenticity, adding a modern accent through designer railings and a suspended glass facade of the staircase.
