Subject to this offer is just the west wing or the aparthotel. Some of the apartments on the ground floor have direct access to the gardens. Management and maintenance
The company investor offers professional property management by a registered management company. All owners must pay a fixed annual fee of 10 Euro / sq.m on the total area of the apartment with VAT per year for the maintenance of the complex. In addition, owners will have to pay 36 BGN monthly as a fee for Internet, cable TV and telephone.
The maintenance fee includes the following services:
• Thorough cleaning of the complex and ongoing inspection defects on the apartments;
• Ongoing development and maintenance of the complex and the surrounding area;
• Ongoing maintenance of sanitary and plumbing;

Rental services
The apartments in the complex can be rented on a hotel basis by the company investors in a joint venture with a leading Bulgarian tour company. Each owner has the opportunity to receive an income from the property, and shall pay an annual fee.

Reservation
Each apartment in complex Pirin Golf Hotel & SPA can be booked with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
No agency commission is charged.
Payment
Standard Plan A
• 2000 Euro non-refundable deposit when booking your apartment;
• 40% first payment upon signing the preliminary contract within 4 weeks (28 days);
• 60% second payment in several monthly installments within 12 or 18 months, as agreed between the parties in the transaction. Final payment is due upon immediately before the notary transaction.
