Stanimira Valcheva has been part of the LUXIMMO team since 2026, building her professional path in the real estate sector with a focus on a high standard of service and an individual approach to each client. She is currently studying Law, which contributes to her in-depth understanding of processes and her confident assistance throughout property transactions.

She is fluent in English, German, and Russian, which allows her to work successfully with both Bulgarian and international clients.

Among her key strengths are excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to understand clients’ needs in depth. Stanimira approaches every task with responsibility, integrity, and commitment, always striving to provide the most suitable solutions tailored to each client’s individual requirements.

In her free time, she is actively involved in horse riding and competes in show jumping events. This sport has helped her develop discipline, focus, and resilience — qualities she also applies successfully in her professional work.
