At LUXIMMO, Vilislav Andreev serves as Personal Assistant to the Executive Director, supporting the company’s strategic and organizational processes.
He holds a Master’s degree in Human Resource Management and Development from New Bulgarian University. His professional experience is connected with talent acquisition, people development, and the building of sustainable and effective teams in international companies across various industries. In his work, he is guided by the belief that the greatest asset of any organization is its people and their development.
Outside his professional role, Vilislav has a strong interest in travel and exploring new cultures. In 2019, he launched his own travel blog, where he shares inspiring destinations, personal experiences, and practical travel advice. For the past several years, he has also been studying astrology, which he sees as a tool for gaining a deeper understanding of human nature and personal growth.
In addition to Bulgarian, he is fluent in English.
