Yoana Stoyanova joined the LUXIMMO team in February 2026 as Personal Assistant to the Executive Director.
In her role, she supports the company’s organizational and administrative processes, coordinates meetings, and manages communication with clients and partners, ensuring precision, efficiency, and a professional presentation of every project. She stands out for her structured approach, attention to detail, and ability to operate confidently in a dynamic business environment.
Yoana graduated from the Foreign Language High School “Yoan Exarch” in Varna, specializing in English and French. She then continued her education at the Nikola Vaptsarov Naval Academy, where she completed her degree in Logistics with honors. Currently, she is further advancing her academic background at the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy (UACEG) in Sofia, pursuing a Master’s degree in Construction Project Management.
During her studies, she gained valuable international experience as an intern at Oldendorff Carriers, one of the world’s leading dry bulk shipping operators. Working in a global and fast-paced environment helped her develop discipline, organizational culture, and precision in operational processes.
Her professional path also includes experience in event management as part of Pertito Wedding Agency, where she worked as a wedding consultant and corporate event organizer. In this role, she coordinated teams, partners, and clients, managed budgets and timelines, and delivered tailored solutions according to each client’s vision.
She later held the position of Guest Relations at Casa di Fiore SPA & Medical, where she was responsible for the overall guest experience, international client communication, and interdepartmental coordination, contributing to the high service standards characteristic of a premium hospitality product.
Yoana speaks Bulgarian, English, and French. She is recognized for her responsibility, positive mindset, and strong client orientation. She also holds a certificate in Behavioral Economics and a certificate from the masterclass “The Art of Communication,” further enhancing her professional profile.
In her free time, she enjoys reading, traveling, skiing, and dancing. For several years, she was a world champion in the international competition World Dance Star.
