He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Control from Burgas Free University. His financial background has provided him with a solid foundation for analytical thinking and the ability to assess various investment opportunities.
His professional career has been closely connected with the management and coordination of large-scale projects financed by the European Union. For more than ten years, he worked as an expert in the management of EU-funded projects at the Municipality of Nessebar, where he participated in the implementation of infrastructure, environmental, cultural, and tourism initiatives of both national and international significance. His responsibilities included project planning, coordination between institutions and partners, management of project teams, and supervision of complex administrative and organizational processes.
Before joining LUXIMMO, Hristo gained valuable experience as a real estate consultant, as well as an office manager in the tourism and hospitality sector. His diverse professional background has helped him develop excellent organizational skills, strong commercial awareness, and the ability to identify effective solutions in a wide range of situations.
