Teodora Petrova

I am Teodora Petrova and after 20 years of living in the USA I returned to my home country to develop and apply my experience in real estate.

My interest in this field dates back to 2009 when I bought my first property in the USA. I got my license as a real estate agent in the US where I still practice the profession today. Since then, I have invested in numerous personal investment properties throughout the US and Bulgaria, which I manage and have successfully brokered lease and purchase transactions for luxury properties in Miami.

Professionalism and loyalty come first for me. I prioritize honesty and prompt client feedback, which is especially important in real estate transactions. The client should always have timely and up-to-date information on an ongoing transaction or when in search of the ideal property with the parameters they are looking for for personal use, or an investment one.

My experience with an international clientele over the years has enriched the way I communicate, creating long term relationships with my clients based on mutual trust that have developed into long lasting friendships.

My secondary education includes language school and my higher education includes a Bachelor's degree in Economic Informatics from the UNWE, graduated with honours. Before I left for the USA I studied law for one year at Sofia University.

I speak perfect English, Russian - intermediate level, French and Spanish - beginner level.

I like to spend my free time with my family in nature and travelling.
