Dear Madam Director, Dear Madam Office Manager, I am turning to you to share my incredible impression of consultant Alexandra Katsarova, who helped us find our new home extremely quickly, correctly and easily. On February 7th, my fiance and I found out that we would have to find a new apartment in less than a month. Three days later, through an ad, my partner contacted Mrs. Katsarova about a two-room apartment for rent in Cherkovna Residence, and even then they scheduled an inspection for the first working day of the following week. Alexandra Katsarova came exactly at the agreed time to show us the property. She empathized with our situation and did not abuse her promise to immediately share with the owners about us. That very evening he called us to share the good news. Not only did he deal with our situation in a flash, but he also managed to negotiate better deposit terms with the landlords. So, on the evening of February 14th, we signed the lease, and she was extremely helpful every step of the way and willing to answer all of our questions. Consultant Katsarova remained available even after she brilliantly fulfilled her commitment to us by helping to find the storage room for the apartment. We highly recommend Alexandra Katsarova because of her humane and kind attitude, her smile and her personal attention to the client.
