Maria Nimechko-Garabedyan joined the team at the end of 2017.

She graduated from Russian high school in Bulgaria and continued her higher education in New Bulgarian University, Sofia, International relations. Maria obtained her master's degree in law in Ukraine at the Yuri Fedkovich Chernivtsi National University. Maria speaks excellent Russian, Ukrainian, English and Bulgarian.

At LUXIMMO Maria works as an editor - maintains the line and strategy of the company image, processes and takes care of the quality of information, monitors and observes new trends in modern real estate presentation. Thanks to her affinity for writing, in the middle of the summer of 2021 she deservedly took the position of editor-in-chief at LUXIMMO.

Maria is disciplined, she respects her colleagues and is constantly trying to improve herself.

In her free time, Maria takes care of her family, loves to read books and play sports. Photography is her passion, through which she loves to express her love for her favorite city in which she lives - Sozopol.
