Ivan Lardev

Ivan Lardev joined our team in 2016 as a manager of the company’s head office.

He graduated 134 High School “Dimcho Debelyanov” and continued his higher education at Heriot-Watt University, studying “Business management and finances”. Ivan speaks excellent English and has a basic knowledge of Hebrew.

He began his professional career as Accounts Payable Assistant at WPP plc (London headquarters) and works as a Field Representative at Elite Direct Advertising & Marketing. Ivan spends an internship in the Ministry of finance, Treasury Department, Department of Cash Management.

At Stonehard Ivan is sales director and is in charge of management, organization, multitasking and training. He knows how quickly and efficiently to resolve crisis situations. Ivan takes care of the intermediary between buyers and sellers or between landlords and tenants as real estate consultant. He skillfully creates connections with investors with whom is negotiating the terms of project offers.

Ivan carried out periodic monitoring of incoming customers inquires in the agency’s database and contact with the buyers. Thanks to his leadership skills, he distributes client inquiries to consultants, prepares buyer profiles, selects properties, and prepares specific offers to them. Ivan pays attention to his clients, conducts inspections with buyers, and arranges transaction terms. He prepares the necessary documents needed for the purchase or sale.

The personal attitude to the client is what moves him forward. Ivan is executive and steady at his work, and that leads him to his success. His positivism has helped him to win the trust of his clients and to respond with enthusiasm to their requirements.

In his spare time Ivan likes to travel and to be with his family and friends. Skiing, hunting and windsurfing are among his hobbies. He also likes to visit cultural events.
