We feel morally satisfied to buy a home, said Chepishev. The North-West regions of Bulgaria will develop when the infrastructure is built - highways and Danube Bridge 2. Sofia is the only capital in Europe that is not located on some water coast. Neither on river, nor on sea. All major capitals in Europe are located on water.
