On a clean living area of 98 square meters are located: open space living room with fireplace and kitchen with dining area. Separately there are three bedrooms, two of which have double beds 160/200 cm, and one with a single bed 90/190 cm with a desk. There is a wardrobe in each bedroom.

Apart from the living area, there are two terraces, one of them towards the dining room and the other to the bedroom.

The apartment is for rent fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for a modern household, namely: washing machine, dishwasher, microwave, separate oven with hot plates.

The apartment is heated by two air conditioners (in the living room and one master bedroom) and with convector heaters in the other two bedrooms.

There is no parking option.
