We present a villa for rent near the beautiful resort of Albena - the second largest seaside resort on the Northern Black Sea coast in Bulgaria.

With its 17 tennis courts, riding club with 30 horses and 2 arenas, 21 outdoor and one indoor swimming pool, yacht club, fitness centers, beach volleyball courts, bowling alley, paragliding and skydiving center, variety of restaurants and bars, the resort has something to offer everyone for a fulfilling holiday. The sea resort is located only about 30 km north of Varna.

Located in the heart of a prestigious villa area, the house provides comfort for 12 guests who value convenience. The villa has 6 separate bedrooms - one with a double bed on the third floor and five with 2 single beds each. There are 3 bathrooms (one with a bath and two with a shower cabin), a spacious living room combining a fully equipped kitchenette, a dining area, a sofa section and a laundry room with ironing equipment. On the ground floor there is a veranda with an incredible sea view. In the well-kept garden of the villa there is a beautiful pool, also with a wonderful panorama.

Reservation
Villa "Nymph" can be booked immediately for a week by paying a 400 euro deposit. The rest of the amount is payable 6 weeks before the start of your holiday in the villa.

A 200 euro deposit is payable on the day of check-in, which is returned on the day of departure if no damage is found.

How to rent the property?
If you like the property and decide to rent it, we will be able to prepare a rental agreement with the landlord and present it for approval and signature by both parties. The usual practice is to prepay one rent for the first month and to leave a guarantee deposit to the landlord to the amount of one month's rent.
