This stylish villa is set in an area between the most visited summer resorts - St. St. Constantine and Elena and Golden Sands, and 8 km away from downtown Varna. The closest beach is located only 10 min away on foot, and the nearby summer resorts offer numerous entertainments.

Golden Sands is the most famous resort on the northern Black Sea coast. It is set within the boundaries of the natural park Golden Sands- a territory protected by law. The resort is your ideal place for recreation and entertainment. The beach line (3.5 km long and up to 100 m wide) is covered with tiny golden sand.

St. Constantine and Elena resort on the other hand is the oldest Bulgarian resort on the Black Sea. It is distanced at 8 km away from the center of Varna. It is visited mainly by tourists from Bulgaria or Russia. There are many places for entertainments- Internet clubs, restaurants, bars, souvenir shops, boutiques, racing track, facilities for water sports, jet skiing, surfing etc. The following institutions operate in the resort: Police office, Post office, Pharmacy, Gas station, and Medical center. A regular bus line connects the resort with downtown Varna and the Train station.

The villa is built on an area of 600 sq.m. It has a total built-up area of 550 sq.m and consists of a basement and three floors.

In the basement one could find a Fitness center, a sauna with capacity for 6 people, a bathroom/wc with a hydro-massage shower. There is also a home cinema equipped with the most up-to-date technique.

The first (ground) floor consists of a spacious kitchen, a living room with a dining area equipped with all necessary appliances such as: LCD television, a home-theater system, a fire-place, a dishwasher, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a washing machine, a bathroom/wc. There is a direct access to the swimming pool and the barbecue in the garden.

On the second floor there are 4 spacious double bedrooms, all of them supplied with own bathrooms/wc, cable TV, telephone and Internet access. Three of the bedrooms have terraces with a pool or sea views.

On the third (attic) floor there is an independent penthouse apartment featuring 2 bedrooms, a kitchen, a dining area, a living room, a bathroom with a hydro-massage bathtub and a large panoramic terrace with southerly exposure.

The villa is also offered for rent only after reservation in advance. The renting price includes housekeeping help (2 hours per day), subscription maintenance of the swimming pool, the garden and the audio-visual equipment.
