We are renting a modern house, which is located in one of the most prestigious regions.

The yard is surrounded by a brick wall and has a wrought-iron gate with remote control.

The plot is very well maintained. The alleys are lined with natural stone, there is a new a new sewage drainage, video surveillance and intercom system. A waterfall and BBQ are built.

There is also a completely new hydrophone system (10 cubic meters). The plot is a corner facing two asphalt streets. Property has granted permission for placing a movable object in it (shop).
