You could reserve an apartment in this residential building immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 3% of the price, payable by cash, by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer to the bank account of the developer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 7 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.

The apartments come with percentage of the land they are built on. Thus the clients will need to set up a Bulgarian Ltd. company. This company will buy the property and will own the land.
