RESERVATION PROCEDURE
You could reserve an apartment in this complex immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 3% of the price, payable by cash, by credit card or via bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the property will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan listed below.
The yearly fee for the property management and maintenance of the complex is 12 Euro per sq.m (the actual size of the property is being calculated).
The parking spaces in the complex are offered only for rent at the price of 20 Euro per month.
Luximmo Finest Estates charges 3% agency commission, payable when the first installment is due.
