Reservation of apartment

The apartments come with percentage of the land they are built on. Thus the clients will need to set up a Bulgarian Ltd. company. This company will buy the property and will own the land. You will be the owner of the company and, respectively, of the land. Our lawyers will help you set up the company and will do all the necessary procedures to obtain the property on your behalf. Prices, Sizes, Availability (constantly updated and valid!)
All prices are without VAТ. The total price paid will be fully indicated on your title deeds. Additional costs, notary fees, local tax and stamp duty are approximately 5% on top of the purchase price and there are no other hidden costs.
