Location of the Luxury Apartment Complex in Varna

Reservation of apartment

Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract and to pay the next installment according to the payment plan.

The apartments come with percentage of the land they are built on. Thus the clients will need to set up a Bulgarian Ltd. company. This company will buy the property and will own the land. You will be the owner of the company and, respectively, of the land. Our lawyers will help you set up the company and will do all the necessary procedures to obtain the property on your behalf. Payment Plan
• 3% of the price non-refundable deposit upon reserving the apartment
• 87% of the price when signing the preliminary contract (87% +3% commission for the agency)
• 10% of the price upon full completion and receiving of Notary Assignment 16

Prices, Sizes, Availability (constantly updated and valid!)
All prices are without VAТ. The total price paid will be fully indicated on your title deeds. Additional costs, notary fees, local tax and stamp duty are approximately 5% on top of the purchase price and there are no other hidden costs.

The price of the parking spaces is EUR 8 500 each, all of them are located in the underground part of the building.
