• kitchen (refrigerator, oven with ceramic hob, extractor hood, kitchen table with two chairs, dishwasher, leather sofa), air conditioning in the living room;
  
• two bathrooms (monoblock, shower cabin, sink with mirror);
  
• laundry room with washing machine with dryer.
  

Maintenance fee for the building is 30 euros per month.

Two Deposits for Damage are due on the day of accommodation.
