Booking
Apartment “Prisma” can be booked by paying a monthly rent. On the day of accommodation a damage deposit, amounting 450 Euros is due to be paid. The deposit is refundable upon leaving the apartment, after all the consumables have beed paid off.
The minimum rental period is 6 months. Total capacity: 4 people.

Rental price
The rental price is 450 euros per month does not include:
- Expenses for electricity , water, cable TV, Internet,
- Fees for maintenance of common areas.
