Apartment “Raphaello” is situated near the football stadium “Black Sea” - Varna, and is close proximity to the Sea Garden and the sea. It has easy access to the boulevard “8th Primorski Pols”, to the center of the city and to the beach resorts – Golden Sands, St.St. Constantine and Elena.

The building is an old brick made one, with an elevator. It is located near a big playground and near the Shop complex – Piccadilly Park. There is a parking lot to the structure for the veicles.

The apartment is situated on the 8th floor. On an area of 55 sq.m. there is a bedroom and a living room with a splendid sea view, a bathroom with a toilet and a shower cabin, a laundry room with a drier, a hall.

In the living room there is a corner sofa with a decorative table. The kitchen part is fully fitted with all necessary household appliances and goods. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed. The dwelling is furnished and fitted by design.

Reservation:

Apartment “Raphaello” could be booked by paying a deposit to the amount of 50 % of the renting price for the respective term. In the day of accommodation, a deposit of 200 Euro is required, which will be refunded in the day of departure if damages are not made.

Renting Price :

The renting price for one day is 40 Euro.
The advertised price is for 2 persons maximum.

In the renting price, the following things are included:

- Valet services, once per week
