The resort of "St. St. Constantine and Elena" is the oldest Bulgarian seaside resort, located in a picturesque natural park. With its 100-year green woodland complex will be distinguished from the rest of the city of Varna and will provide perfect environment for recreation, just 400 meters from the beach. The project includes the construction of houses with total area from 444 to 451 square meters, pot sizes from 586 to 966 square meters, private swimming pools from 5/8 meters to 6/10 meters.

„Green Cottage Resort“ is a complex composed of exceptional houses with stunning interior and exterior, designed in modern classic style.

The house has three levels - basement, first and second floor. The basement consists of a fitness area, sauna, steam room and service facilities. The lobby on the first floor leads to the living room, dining room and kitchen. On the second floor there are four bedrooms, each with bathroom and toilet. The total number of bathrooms in the house will be five. The house has a two-car garage, spacious terraces, landscaped garden and outdoor swimming pool.

- Houses are 19 in total and they will be numbered from 1 to 20 (without number 13);
- The houses will be gasified and the central heating will be provided on gas or solid fuel;
- Terrain will not be aligned; it will be kept natural in order to preserve vegetation;
- Each house will have its own infrastructure- alleys and garden lighting;
- The complex provides 24-hour security;
- Each house will have a natural green fence of trees, as well as the whole project;
- Vegetation and tree species will be imported from abroad; they will comply with our climate conditions;
- Floors on the first level of the house are marble "Botichino" with underfloor heating;
- Floors on the third level are natural parquet;
- Bathrooms are fully equipped;
- Swimming pool can be heated upon request and against and additional payment;
- Design and construction of houses will be customized according to the individual clients.
