• Walls are built with Winerberger Porotherm ceramic blocks.
• House facades are a combination of thermal insulation system and stone panels, HPL with wood flader and two colours of silicon plasters as per the architectural detail.
• Heating supply is solved by means of gas condense boiler.
• Water supply and sewage. Water mains is made of polypropylene pipes with aluminum insert, with thermal insulation and sound-proofing that meet all modern standards.
• Low voltage installations have cable TV, telephone/ intercom, internet outlets, with RK-75, UTP 4 x 2 x 0,5 mm2, cat. 5Е cable, respectively.
• Window frames - PVC in graphite colour, multi-chamber window frames with three argon glasses and sliding systems.
