A little more about the facade of the building than the architects
The facade is completely different on both sides of the building, combining three elements - metal, brick and stone. From the southwestern part, half of the facade is covered with bricks and natural clinker. From its northern half, the facade is also covered with visible bricks. Some of the bricks protrude from the plane of the facade, like arranged pixels.

The accent and the most literal detail in the architectural image, however, are the railings in the southern half of the building, which are of three types. One of them is a metal, ethereal railing, following the pattern of the decorative grille. It is best perceived from inside the building.

The windows in the area of the brick are framed with sheet metal, and in the area of the concrete - with stone.

The character of the facade is determined by the contrast and the superimposition of two elements - the stylized images of a prism and a leaf. Behind the lavish geometry of this oriental ornament in a stylized image lies the eternal conflict between natural forms and those created by man.
The second theme, set in the appearance of the facade, is derived from the location of the building - the differences in scale between the disappearing houses and the modernist blocks around are studied.
