  • the facade joinery is aluminum REYNAERS system: MASTERLINE 8 HI+, with a thickness of 77mm in color 49 9G05 with hardware from the company "Sobinco" with hidden hinges (Uf= 1.2W/m2K), the glazing is triple-glazed - 48 mm (external glass: 6mm Planitherm 4S Evolution /black swisspacer/, medium glass: 4 Clean Float /black swisspacer/, inner glass: 6mm LOW-E, heat transfer coefficient of the glass unit Ug = 0.6 W / m2.K), hydro and vapor insulation is performed according to the three walls are ME508 Twin Aktiv VV from the company Tremco – Illbruck, the waterproofing under the window frames is ME110, all positions of the window frames are edged along the perimeter with purenite, in each room there is one wing with fittings for double-sided opening, a safety railing in front of the window frames is completed by a system REYNAERS;
  • REYNAERS suspended facade, CW50 HI system with aluminum cap and triple glazing (external glass: 6mm Planitherm 4S Evolution /black swisspacer/, middle glass: 4 Clean Float /black swisspacer/, internal glass: 6mm LOW-E. Heat transfer coefficient of the glazing unit Ug = 0.6 W / m2.K). Hydro and vapor barrier on three sides ME508 Twin Aktiv VV;
  • the entrance door is aluminum REYNAERS system: MASTERLINE 8 HI+ with aluminum thermal panel 48mm and leaf sheet, with hardware: visible hinges, 7-point lock, rosette, cartridge and handles. Hydro and vapor barrier on three sides ME508 Twin Aktiv VV. The door is edged around the perimeter with purenite;
  • the concrete parts on the facades are thermally insulated with 12 cm stone wool, and the brick parts with 2 cm stone wool, mesh and plaster, ceramic boxes for external lamella blinds are provided, which are inspected from the outside, operated manually or mechanically according to the size of the blind, the facades are performed with facings according to the project with the exterior boards HPL, of the company "Fundermax", "etalbond" and "laminan" of construction, on the terrace a railing of glass /triplex/ is performed;
  • on the northern border of the property is a detached double garage 60.32 m2 with a Horman sectional garage door LPU 42, RAL 7016, it is thermally insulated and two layers of waterproofing have been laid on the roof and walls, the approach from the street to the entrance of the building is made on an individual path.
