Newly built houses in a holiday village situated in "Barutliyata" district, Rogachevo village, located in North-East of Bulgaria, it is part of the municipality of Balchik, the district of Varna. The village lies 30 km from the city of Varna(38 km from the airport), 8 km from the world famous beach resort of Albena, 13.5 km from the well known resort of Golden Sands and 19 km from the coastal town of Balchik. This proves, that Rogachevo is a very nice destination, because the village is very close to the biggest Bulgarian beach resorts and is also a suitable place for relaxation and rural tourism, that is the reason why here many foreigners have bought or built houses the recent years.

The houses are offered finished according to the Bulgarian State Standard (BDS):

- UPVC windows;
- Thermo-insulation and outer silicate plaster
- Facade and porch, lined with gneiss
- Plastered floors
- Walls - plaster coat, painted in white (one layer)

The houses are on two levels. At an additional cost the following basic finishing works could be organized by the builder: flooring - laminate in the rooms; faience and terracotta tiles in the bathrooms and wet rooms; bathroom equipment (sinks, taps, toilet, shower); fireplace; kitchen equipment (cabinets and appliances), water heater, washing machine, lighting. For type A houses the cost of these finishing works will be around 12 000 Euro, and for s type B - 15 000 Euro.

RESERVATION AND AGENCY COMMISSION

You could reserve this house immediately by providing a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card (VISA, MasterCard) or bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the house will be reserved for the period of 14 days and after that the buyer will have to sign the preliminary contract.
