Boomerang is an exclusive holiday complex with distinctive architecture, luxury finishing and very comfortable apartments with unique design. The complex is located on the second line from the sea in the quiet northern part of Sunny Beach. It is placed near a large aqua park and 250 meters from a beautiful wide beach of fine sand. There is a large municipal park with greenery, adjacent to the complex, which further provides space around the building.

The complex consists of one building featuring two symmetrical parts and arranged in the shape of a boomerang, which is reflected in the pool around the complex that follows the same form as the one of the building. The architecture of the complex is done by architect Alexandrina Nenkova, who was given the prestigious prize "Architect of the Year 2009". That architecture, expressed in unusual shapes and bold design, along with the modern facade and the stained glass, distinguishes the complex from the other buildings in the neighborhood. The apartments come with a unique shape and are extremely luxurious, built according to the European standards. Every one of them offers an interesting and modern layout and impressive interior. Reservation apartment
Any available apartment in the Boomerang complex can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved until the period of signing up the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
There is no agency commission applied for this complex.

Standard Plan A
• 2000 Euro - non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment
• 30 % within 30 days after the deposit upon signing of the preliminary contract
• 70% within 12 months after the deposit according to an individual plan, upon completion.

Plan B with a discount 5 - 7 %
• 2000 Euro - non-refundable deposit when reserving your apartment
• 100% upon completion of the transaction within 10 days of the booking deposit;

Deferred payment up to 5 years with annual interest rate 10 %:
• 2000 Euro deposit
• 30% of the price up to 30 days at signing the preliminary contract
• installments according to an individual plan of the buyer
