Ivanovi Kolibi is modern and very nice gated complex of luxury vacation villas. It is located in a quiet area with a unique combination of sea and mountain, approximately 1.5 km from Lozenets resort and the beach (20 min walk). Since the complex is located on a hill, it has panoramic views towards the sea and Strandja Mountain. Thanks to its location, the complex provides seclusion and tranquility to its owners and their guests. It is designed for more sedate people who seek peacefulness and want to escape the noise of the big resorts. At the same time it is very close to the small resort of Lozenets which is becoming increasingly popular, where are set excellent restaurants, modern bars and plenty of entertainment spots.

"Ivanovi Kolibi" covers an area of 18000 sq.m. and currently consists of 21 houses built with their own yards. During the first and second stages of construction were built 12 detached houses with gardens and 9 units of townhouses, with a share of a common plot, divided into 4 types. Follows the construction of another 12 houses in the third stage of the construction of the complex, which will be 5 units of townhouse and 7 detached houses, so 33 would be the total number of the houses in the complex.

Special Price

In September 2013 started the construction of the third phase of the complex (houses type 4). Тхe shell stage is expected to be reached by mid-December 2013 and the houses are expected to be ready in the spring of 2014. Management and maintenance

The complex implies no mandatory maintenance fees. There is a fee of 500 Euro per year for the usage of the pool for each house (optional) and a charge of 500 Euros per year for the maintenance of the garden (optional).

Furniture

Two of the holiday houses in Ivanovi Kolibi are offered for sale furnished. The other houses can be furnished by the investor at an additional fee with furniture from "Ikea" or other furniture companies. The bathrooms are fully equipped and ready for usage. The houses have fireplaces.

The complex is located 30 km from Sozopol and 60 km south of Bourgas. The neighboring cities are Kiten and Tsarevo, and the place is quiet, suitable for a family holiday. The local beach is at a small bay, which means that the sea is calm and the water is clean. The place is suitable for practicing water sports, fishing and hiking.

Plan of construction

Ivanovi Kolibi complex is built in three stages, each stage will not interfere with the peacefulness of the guests in the other phases of the complex.

The construction of the complex has begun in 2007. The first stage has Act 16 since year 2008 and since then has been populated. The second stage is almost complete, and shall receive Act 16 by the end of July 2013. The houses that are currently offered are set in this new second stage of the complex (houses type 1, type 1 'prim and Type 2).

In September 2013 has started the construction of the third phase of the complex (houses type 4). Currently, the shell stage is completed, the water and electric installations as well. The machine plastering is now being done. The deadline for the completion and the entire complex is May 2015.

Payment

Booking a villa
Each holiday house in complex Ivanovi Kolibi can be booked with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit, the villa will be reserved for the period up to the signing of the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
No agency commission is charged.
