"Oasis Resort & Spa 2" is the second phase of the extremely luxurious mini-resort "Oasis Resort & Spa", winner of the prestigious award "Building of the Year 2009". Its second phase "Oasis Resort & Spa 2" is placed on the other side of the road and is not on the first line (see General Plan of the complex). The owners of this second phase of the unique resort however, will still enjoy direct access to a wide and long beach of fine sand and dunes. Within close proximity are to be found the Nature Reserve "Ropotamo", as well as the National Park "Strandja Mountain".
NB! Please note, that the photos are from the first phase of the mini resort "Oasis Resort & Spa". The second phase, namely "Oasis Resort & Spa 2" will be built in the same architectural style.
The Complex:
The family complex "Oasis Resort & Spa 2" will be built in line with the first phase of the mini resort that is already built. It shall also enjoy Mediterranean architecture and will come in three sections - A, B and C, each with several blocks. The sections will have eastern disposition and shall be surrounded by a park with lush greenery. They will come with three or four floors, with luxurious common parts and a total of 82 apartments including one and two bedroom apartments, three bedroom apartments and penthouses. The materials used during the construction, as well as for the finishing will be of the highest quality. The elegant interiors and amenities offered will provide the necessary conditions and nice atmosphere for relaxation. In addition to the numerous options for entertainment for the adults, the kids will enjoy a fun animation program that will keep them occupied.

"Oasis Resort & Spa 2" complex will be completed in December 2013 and is due to receive permission for usage at the end of the year.
Reservation apartment
Any apartment in "Oasis Resort & Spa 2" complex can be reserved immediately with a non-refundable deposit of 2000 Euro, payable in cash, by credit card or by bank transfer. Upon paying the deposit the apartment will be reserved until the period of signing up the preliminary contract - within 28 days.
There is no agency commission applied for this complex.

Management and maintenance
The maintenance of the complex is done by the company-investor. All owners are required to pay an annual fee for the maintenance services of 18 Euro per square meter with VAT calculated on the basis of the area of the property. The fee includes the following services:

• Cleaning and maintenance of the indoor swimming pool
• Year-round security and video surveillance
• Year-round maintenance of the common areas and the green zones
