The rental price of apartment “Garden” is EUR 600 per month, without VAT and does not include:

- the utility expenses for electricity, water, cable TV and telephone;
- the property management fee for maintaining the common parts, which is BGN 100 per month.

You could make a reservation immediately by paying a deposit of one monthly rent. At the time of accommodation you should also pay a refundable damage deposit.
