You could make a reservation for one week immediately by paying 450 Euro reservation deposit. The remaining balance should be paid on the day of accommodation.

The rental price per week is:
From 1 May until 31 May - 700 Euro/per week
From 1 June until 30 June - 800 Euro/per week
From 1 July until 31 August - 900 Euro/per week
From 1 September until 30 September - 800 Euro/per week
From 1 October until 31 October - 700 Euro/per week

The weekly renatal price includes also:
• Assistance in accommodation
• Cleaning once per week
• Water
• Satellite TV and Internet
• Maintenance of the garden
• Assistance by the manager of the property if necessary.

The rental price for a long-term rental period is 1100 Euro per month, the minimal rental period is 8 months. The rental price does not include consumables and maintenance.

On the day of accommodation you should also pay one refundable damage deposit, which will be returned on leaving, if they are no damages.
