The price does not include the utility expenses such as:

You could make a long-termreservation immediately by prepaying one monthly rent. At the time of accommodation you should also pay to the landlord a deposit (refundable) of 3 100 Euro. This deposit is subject to return upon leaving the property after verifying that there are no damages or unpaid bills.
