Trakata is a Varna area, situated next to the whole road from quarter Briz to Golden Sands, north from the residence “Evksinograd” and the beach resort of “St.St. Constantine and Elena”. Trakata also borders with another desirable quarter - Vinitsa. The mild climate, the beautiful environment, the proximity to the beach resorts, proves that the quarter “Trakata” is one of the best in Varna.

You can reach the house by well maintained asphalt road with developed infrastructure. It is built on a 450 sq.m. parcel and its total built up area is 200 sq.m.

First level – a living room with kitchen part and a dining area, a bathroom, a toilet and a larder.

Second level – 3 bedrooms, a bathroom with toilet and a shower cabin, a tub, steam sauna, a Jacuzzi, 3 terraces.

House “Bonita” can be reserved by paying the first rent. In the day of accommodation, you also need to pay a refundable damage deposit to the amount of one month rent.

RENTING PRICE:
The renting price for a long term(minimum 12 months) is 950 Euro per month and does not include consumption expenses for electricity, water, cable TV, internet, garden maintenance.

You can also rent the house for a short term (minimum 1 month).
The price is 3 000 Euro per month, as the consumptions are included.
