The first level features a spacious entrance with built-in wardrobe and soft furniture. Here one could find one 1-bedroom apartment and one studio. The studio is located to the right and has an area of 80 sq.m. It is equipped with a built-in kitchen with all necessary electrical appliances, a corner sofa, a dining table with 8 chairs and a double bed.
Via the portal door in the studio one could access the swimming pool.

Using the beautiful winding staircase with hand-made iron railings, you could reach the second, and respectively the third level of the guesthouse.
There is one 1-bedroom and one 2-bedroom apartment here, each of which furnished by a designer. Each of these apartments has one bathroom/wc with a shower cabin and fully furnished kitchens supplied with all electrical appliances.

The fourth level of the house features a resting area with soft sofa and a separate bathroom/wc. From here one could also access the roof- a spacious verandah reveling a unique panoramic sea view.

In the outside yard for the convenience of the residents are situated a barbecue area with built-in kitchen equipped with all electrical appliances and an oriental style corner sofa. There is an outdoor fitness close to the barbecue.
