You can reserve “Jewel 2” apartment immediately by paying one monthly rent. Upon accommodation you should also pay one refundable damage deposit of one monthly rent.

Renting price
The long-term renting price of the apartment is 1 000 Euro per month. It does not include the utility expenses such as: electricity, water, cable TV and Internet. The price does include the property management fee.
