Varna is a major cultural center with developed tourism, being a starting point for many resorts on the north coast.

Reservation procedure
The apartment can be reserved by paying one month’s rent. On the day of arrival a refundable deposit, amounting 550 Euros is due to be paid.

Renting price
The apartment is rented out for a long period. The listed price is per month is valid for 1 year period. There is an option for renting it for summer season, at 650 Euros per month. The renting price does not include such consumables as electricity, water, cable TV, Internet, maintenance of the common parts.
