The apartment can be reserved by paying a deposit of one month rent. On the day of arrival a refundable deposit is due amounting of the monthly rent.

RENTAL PRICE
The rental price does not include the cost of consumables: electricity, water, cable TV and Internet. The rental price includes the property management fee.
