Management and maintenance

Warranty management and further facility management through a facility company that has proven its professionalism over the years.

The fee for these maintenance service is fixed only for the first year (BGN 8 per sq m of the land plot owned), and for each subsequent year it will be calculated only on the basis of incurred costs + 10 per cent.

The price for maintenance and management includes access control, security, video surveillance, maintenance of the infrastructure and the common green areas, public sports and leisure facilities, waste transportation and snow removal.
