Payment Plan
• 1000 Euro non-refundable deposit upon reservation
• 30% when singing the preliminary contract within 25 days after reserving the apartment
• The rest of the installments are negotiable.
Luximmo Finest Estates charge agency commission of 3% of the asking price of the apartment.
