Silvia Gocheva is the Office Director Varna. At the beginning of 2020, she took over the management of our team in Varna at an extremely challenging time for the real estate market and the global economy.

At the end of 2021, she won the title of Manager and Entrepreneur of the Year for the Varna region, for which she was personally awarded by the mayor of the sea capital and is an honorary member of the "Let's Save the Woman" Association.

Silvia Gocheva graduated in Bulgarian philology (master's degree), holds a diploma for a licensed real estate broker, continuously attends additional professional courses and acquires new skills in the field of commercial negotiations and transactions, leadership and management, advertising and marketing.
She is distinguished by extremely good communication and diplomatic skills, through which ñhe manages to achieve long-term partnership relations with clients and renowned local investors. She successfully manages sales in one of the iconic new construction projects in Varna.
