Rayna Terziyska-Koneva

Raina Terziiska is a sales manager of Residential and Commercial Properties in the city of Sofia. She is part of the team since 2007 and is now an employee with many years of experience in the property sales and rentals, as well as in the administrative and organizational activities of our "Vitosha" office.

Raina was born in the city of Sofia, and completed her secondary education in the elite high school "William Gladstone" with advanced study of Japanese and English. Later, she continued her education at the New Bulgarian University, with Major Advertising. That helps her apply the acquired skills in marketing research on the property market in the country, as well as to successfully advertise and sell on the local real estate market.

In 2002, Raina continued her education at the London College of Communication (LCC), a world leader in design, art and communication and one of the six colleges, which are part of the University of Arts London (UAL). During her stay in London she mastered her knowledge of spoken and written English, after graduating a language course as well. Raina has developed successful business relations with foreign customers and has proven her professional competence and flair by maintaining excellent contacts in her work with foreign investors who have shown strong interest in the real estate sphere in the capital in the recent years.

Raina has developed her photography skills during her work for "HP Bulgaria", where she took pictures and offered their products. In 2015 she further improved her skills by attending a course in "Photography". Thanks to that she is successfully applying her photographic skills in the visual presentation of the luxury complexes, residential and office premises to her trusted clients.

Since her first day in LUX IMOTI, Raina is developing professionally and shares her experience with colleagues, partners and customers, who demonstrate confidence in her on all activities related with the real estate process.
